Ordering FAQs
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There are no minimums imposed on top up orders.
For opening orders we request a minimum of 40 products which can be spread across the range however you like. The Mixed Starter Pack (114 products including free testers) is our recommended first order assortment.
When will my order be dispatched?
We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 days.
How do I order?
Simply add products to cart and then checkout on our wholesale portal website. We will begin packing your order and also send an invoice within 1 business day.
If you would prefer to send Purchase Orders to us or use our wholesale order form you are also welcome to do that. Please send those to wholesale@bopowomen.com
Do I need to pay before dispatch?
Payment terms are 14 days from the date of dispatch unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via direct debit (preferred) or credit card. Payment details are provided on invoices. If payment is not received by the due date and no correspondence has been received, payment terms may be revoked and a late payment fee may be applied.
Merchandising FAQs
Do you provide free testers?
Full sized testers are provided complimentary when 4 or more units of a product are ordered for the first time. If less than 4 units of a product are ordered, testers can be purchased at half the wholesale price. We include fresh replacement testers free of charge when required.
Do you have any free display stands?
We have a display stand for our essential oil perfume rollers. This, along with the display crystals can be provided complimentary when all six perfume rollers are ordered. If you would like one of these included free in your next order please get in touch with us via email at wholesale@bopowomen.com or leave a note during checkout on the wholesale portal.
Do you have any training to help staff?
Watch this space. We will have a staff training section coming to the wholesale portal soon.
Other FAQs
Do you have photos and other content I can use?
We have a Google Drive link with all our latest photos and also social media posts you can use that our graphic designer creates each month. You should receive an email from us within one week of your first order with the link (often it ends up in a promotions folder). You can also find the folder here.
How do I find out about new product launches?
Keep an eye on your email inbox. We send emails to our stockists every month with new product alerts, new point of sale offerings and other useful tidbits.
